Moved here in July and so far I’m very happy with the community. I love the common areas and amenities, and the location is great. The staff is also very friendly and always helpful. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience so far!
As a current resident of this building for over a year, I strongly advise anyone considering renting here: BE AWARE of the property manager behaviors! Yesterday we had a very bad experience with the GM of the property. Acting in bad faith, she decided not to call us or notify us after a police officer came to her office last Tuesday regarding our car, which was parked in the public parking area downstairs.
