I have lived at Bay Village 1 for three years. I will leave an honest review as I feel this review is necessary. (1) Jeanette as a leasing agent is phenomenal and is the primary reason why the building has tenants, (2) The maintenance team is so friendly and kind and wants to help, (3) The residents are respectful for the most part, (4) The management is the absolute worst. Yudday Noa (Yussi) from the office was one of the main reasons we moved to Bay Village, she was very attentive and professional, explained every step in detail and made us feel sooo welcome since the first day we checked out our apartment, we couldn’t be more happy and relieved because they have such a professional team, thank you!!
