The amount this place chooses for rent is decent. However it has been brought to my attention that there is a guy living there that is a registered sex offender for third degree csc. I personally would not feel comfortable living there with my kids with how closely the mobile homes are to each other. What I want to know is how he got in in the first place. It's been said to me that mobile home parks do not allow sex offenders to live inside them.
