I needed to use Bay View services for an asbestos abatement. It is a dramatic clean up operation utilized when asbestos is detected. The two workers - Henry and Brian - worked all day cleaning out the downstairs bathroom in our house. Although an abatement involves the rermoval of just about everything in the specified area, Henry and Brian did not damage anything and the area was cleaned up entirely. The bathroom is now clean and free of asbestos and I cannot thank them enough.
A big (broken main sewer drain under my townhouse) plumbing job was halted due to asbestos floor tiles under the carpeting in my den. This Business is A Top Notch! Especially the project manager Mohammad S. who led the crew did outstanding and perfect jobs! (initiated on 5* review, 8.16.2023, the first night when they immediately responded to rescue. Bay View Restoration recently completed Asbestos testing and then subsequent remediation/ demolition work for us ahead of renovations. Their team is prompt in their responsiveness and flexible with the scheduling as you need. My only concern was that the crew had some confusion surrounding some details of the work and I had to get our Project Manager / Estimator on the phone to confirm. But it was all completed carefully and well and our estimate was adjusted accordingly.
