The parking to get to registration and check out is terrible. The front desk staff were rude and seemed condescending, other than one lady and I didn’t catch her name. We booked through booking.com and although our stay was at a discounted price due to that, our unit was still outdated and we had issues with our AC the entire stay. Maintenance came once to look at it and they were very nice, but the problem persisted. I let the front desk know, but nothing else was done. Room was what we expected, bed was comfortable, and the view was excellent. Kids were everywhere and can be heard during pool hours from 9am-11pm. This made sleeping prior to 11pm impossible. It was also not possible to enjoy the pool. I wish the hotel had a 9pm curfew for children so adults could utilize the amenities.
