Worse stay at Bayview in the 20 years we've been coming to the beach. Hotel staff is rude and hotel is in disrepair and dirty. The bathroom sink doesn't drain and hair is in tthe shower and on the toilet seat. We fought daily with staff to get heat in the room. The heat was regulated in unit A, regardless the temp we set the thermostat to in our unit B. It makes no sense others control the temp to the room we paid for.

Had a great time with family at this location. Will be returning next year with large family group, hoping to find a great deal or promotion ! . Friendly staff. Clean rooms, nice view ! Located right on strip. Pizza, ice cream, arcade, shops, bar, restaurants , amusement .. something for everyone within walking distance ! Beach is steps from back of motel. Indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river and hot tubs ! My husband and I loved the great morning sunrise from our bedroom !

Location is good, and this would have been a higher rating and a better visit, but I accidently left my make up bag and brush, and absolutely no one can help me. They have you list your items on a website called "I lost my stuff" which apparently they let me know they don't check except on Wednesdays, but that day has come and gone and no response.
