I went to Bay View OBGYN for an IUD insertion and it’s safe to say I won’t be going back and seeing the same provider. The receptionist was lovely, but the nurse who prepped me was very rude and short. I understand how overwhelming the job can be, but she had horrible bedside manner and only made me more nervous for my appointment. Shelby was the practitioner who discussed and inserted my IUD and I truly have never felt more dismissed by a provider before. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses and doctors have been nothing but attentive, compassionate, and amazing. I had several OB's before who never caught my endometriosis. I was diagnosed by this team with stage 3 endometriosis right away, they were so thorough and responsive. Getting me treatment and a game plan right away. I'm so grateful for this team!
Everything was well explained and everyone was very welcoming and friendly. I felt safe with any questions I had
