Equipment is great! However, the biggest concern is how customer care/service is handled . Yes, you will be on hold for 15 -20 mins each time you rather talk to a representative. Yes, that hold will come with another hold for your call to be transferred without explanation. Yes, you will get cut off in the middle of your sentence explaining your situation with “ date of birth” . They are awful!!!
Please avoid this company as possible. You call on a Friday to get a bed picked up and they just closed at 4:30. There's no one there to talk to you other than an answering service. So you have to call back Monday when you do. They can even get to you until the next day. You would think that they would want their bed back. Now I have to have this hospital bed in the middle of my living room as a reminder of my family member that needed and now has passed on.
Got behind a Bay View delivery van today 10/9/25 they deal with oxygen/respiratory supplies. It was van #31 so sad to see a respiratory service van have so much cigarette or vape smoke pouring out of the driver's side window.
They were not at all helpful, it took over a month to get equipment, they never callback, the fax is always broken. When we finally got equipment it was not what the physician ordered. You stay on hold for 15min at a time listening to the lies. I do not recommend.
