I needed to pick up my CPAP machine and was on an extremely tight schedule. Even though I arrived a few minutes late, I was greeted by Gretchen, who instantly put me at ease. She turned what could have been a stressful situation into a genuinely pleasant experience with her professionalism, kindness, and calm demeanor. My respiratory therapist Shari did a fantastic job helping me set up my CPAP machine. She's took her time showing me all of my options and explaining everything I need to do to receive my replacement pieces. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Staff are not properly trained on equipment covered by insurance.They told me items were covered then I get a bill in the mail.
My husband did a sleep study and it was determined he needed a Cpap machine. Shari received the order, followed up with my husband, and ordered the machine that would make him successful in his sleep habits. Shari came to the house and after discussion ordered the appropriate mask. Not only was Shari there in the beginning, but she reviews his statistics and adjusts his Cpap as necessary. Shari has been there when he has had questions. She is caring, attentive and compassionate, for all of this we are truly thankful.
Supposed to call 11/25/24 before pickup so brother he could be there. Pickup scheduled between 12 -4pm ( he took off work) 11/26/24 I took off work for scheduled pickup between 10am-12pm called office a little after 11am and was told driver called out.
