Bayview was very good with taking care of any problems I had. They promptly took care of machines when I had problems and brought out new hoses and cannula's. Anytime I called her office. They were very courteous and helpful. Sorry I had to leave only because I changed doctors. Thank you for all your help.

!. You always have to leave a message and it takes them 2 to 3 days for them to get back with you. 2. They were supplying me with a CPAP mask that was recalled by the FDA and they had said it was the only one they had with the above head hose, which was not true, according to their internet site. 3. After having paid 9 months of my rental, Bayview suddenly told me I had to pay prior to turning the bill into my insurance, not allowing the insurance tell me what I owe, which is unethical (there is no protection for the consume... read more

I went to pickup my cpap supplies last week found out the prices had gone up was never informed about an increase and the took a week to get an answer from billing about the increase lack of communication is the worst part along with they sent me an invoice that I owed money from December supply I sent a copy of my paid receipt
