Dr Parekh wasted over a year of my life stringing me along with excuses about “concerns” instead of being honest. I jumped through every hoop she asked—labs, diet, exercise—and when I followed through, she shifted the goalposts again and acted like she suddenly cared about the cost. We have been going to this clinic for almost 3 years. The care was great at first but as we got older and Medicare became our primary insurance we have been treated like second class citizens. It's all about the money and not patient care. Patients are not heard here, everything is done according to the guidelines set forth because no one is an individual in this office, Be compliant or else. My whole family goes here. My elderly parents, my wife and myself. The office staff is always professional. The doctors and nurse practitioner and other medical staff take time to listen and are always concerned for our well being. We've been going here for the past 5+ years and it's always been a very good experience for all of us. I recommend this facility without hesitation.
