Got the transmission rebuilt by them then 2 weeks later had problems with it. Transmission was under warranty so I was forced to deal with them again because I didn’t wanna pay another hefty fee. Guy told me 4 days at the most, it was 24 days later and they were still saying maybe tomorrow maybe tomorrow. Nobody ever picks up the phone, not much clarity given to customers, and if you coming back for a problem with a transmission that’s under warranty with them they will take forever seeing as their not getting paid again. I would avoid this company at all costs. I took my truck here after a mechanic diagnosed the transmission with a code, showing the lead frame in the transmission needed to be replaced. This was about a $850 project. Well these guys gave me a decent price to get me in the door. After a week of sitting in the same spot and no response, I went up there and he told me some bogus story stating that the transmission needed to be rebuilt for $3500. If I could give negative Stars I would. I called on Thursday asking about bringing my truck in to be repaired and was told to bring it in Monday morning and he would have it done by Tuesday afternoon. Never heard anything Tuesday from them until I called at 445 asking if it was done he informed me that the truck was on the lift getting ready for him to work on it first thing Wednesday morning. Dropped off truck almost 2 months ago. Was told it would take two weeks and I needed to deposit half to get started. Okay so I did that. I’ve been very patient knowing that things happen but I’ve been told many different stories about it being worked on now to they’re swamped and will get to it by the end of the week. Well those weeks have passed and my truck is just sitting in the lot covered in pollen and dust.
