Did $1500 work on my brother’s transmission then 2-3 mos later transmission went out again. Had it towed back to Bay. Now they have had his car for almost 4 months. Every week a different excuse why not finished. These people are nothing but liars and cheats
Do not bring your vehicle here!!! Worst experience I have ever had with an auto shop. Also, I am currently in the process of taking them to court and they will not return any of my calls so if you are seeing this, Mr. Jake, give me a call and we can get this sorted out easier than in court. You owe me a refund having y’all said you replaced my front pump seal when nothing was replaced at all and I have proof of it!!! Got the transmission rebuilt by them then 2 weeks later had problems with it. Transmission was under warranty so I was forced to deal with them again because I didn’t wanna pay another hefty fee. Guy told me 4 days at the most, it was 24 days later and they were still saying maybe tomorrow maybe tomorrow. Nobody ever picks up the phone, not much clarity given to customers, and if you coming back for a problem with a transmission that’s under warranty with them they will take forever seeing as their not getting paid again. I would avoid this company at all costs. I took my truck here after a mechanic diagnosed the transmission with a code, showing the lead frame in the transmission needed to be replaced. This was about a $850 project. Well these guys gave me a decent price to get me in the door. After a week of sitting in the same spot and no response, I went up there and he told me some bogus story stating that the transmission needed to be rebuilt for $3500.
