I hav4 lived here almost 7 years now and these reviews are over rated and extreme made up lies it's not all lies yes they roaches but if u keep your apartment clear and get some good spray like I buy not the cheap off brand crap u may see 1 or 2 I've literally never see any moved to the bottom floor last January and I've seen 3 but if u don't get the good stuff it's like fertilizer to them I learned from doing it my self but the elevator issue been resolved months ago now and if people would not hold the door open on it it w... read more
I live at these apartments now .My apartment is nice. I have brand new carpet. I have no roaches. The only reason the ones who live here have roaches is because they live nasty . if your neighbors live nasty you're going to have roaches if you live nasty you're going to have roaches.
Absolute worse place to live. Roaches everywhere then they charge you for dishwashers they don't have in the apartment. Also their pipes leak in almost all the apartments flood your belongings and their carpet and your held liable. Then you pay month to month for a fee. Then stick in your notice 30 days ahead of time and they try to charge for moving and not staying saying you have a lease when you dont.
I've lived here for over a year, and I've found that living here is a pleasant experience. I have a efficiency apt which is very spacious. I have no complaints, especially about Melissa Hamilton, the manager. I want to emphasize this because there are people here who enjoy putting her down. I ignore them; they are the constant complainers; You can find them everywhere. Especially those who have been evicted for good reasons .
