MOLD, COCKROACHES, DRUG DEALERS! The essence of the dead rats in the walls from when the sewer line exploded behind the building. This is a 4 story building and the elevator has been broken for several months, since last year and no official date of rectifying this horrible problem. Black mold, roaches, breaking and entering, random fire alarms, people beating on your doors all night, no management staff for months at a time, no working elevator, and drug deals on the premises 24/7. Found meth on the second floor, trash all over the place and people sleeping in their cars/and laundry room. This place needs to be shut down.
