Good place Excellent service and treatment from the manager named Mariane, and it's a very quiet place to live with good rental prices!!
I hav4 lived here almost 7 years now and these reviews are over rated and extreme made up lies it's not all lies yes they roaches but if u keep your apartment clear and get some good spray like I buy not the cheap off brand crap u may see 1 or 2 I've literally never see any moved to the bottom floor last January and I've seen 3 but if u don't get the good stuff it's like fertilizer to them I learned from doing it my self but the elevator issue been resolved months ago now and if people would not hold the door open on it it w... read more
I live at these apartments now .My apartment is nice. I have brand new carpet. I have no roaches. The only reason the ones who live here have roaches is because they live nasty . if your neighbors live nasty you're going to have roaches if you live nasty you're going to have roaches.
