We've been using Bay Towel for almost a year, and really have appreciated their good service. During that time, we relocated our office and warehouse, and they were able to navigate the change seamlessly. I would highly and readily recommend Bay Towel.

I work for a hotel in Milwaukee and we used to use this company for linens and bell uniforms. Their service is mediocre. The linens get hard and scratchy and in the past they have forgotten to bring our uniforms. The drivers are very unprofessional as well. They park in front of the hotel and road rage with other cars. They got into a honking and shouting match the other day and scared away 4 of our customers costing us future business. They also speed through our parking lots with large trucks.
