Bay to Bay Roofing ripped me off for $1700.00 on a repair and they were supplied with immediate pictures of the technician having not applying the underlayment correctly and according to the state and industry regulations and the roof leaked the following morning. So instead of sending out the people to redo the roof repair correctly, they placed a lien on my home to extort payment! Bay to Bay Roofing has ripped=off alot of customers including me. They will not do the job according to industry standards and in my case it leaked and then will place a lien on your home to extort payment!! BEWARE!!
Very very bad experience. Foreman was aggressive and rude to my elderly father. We have had multiple roofs done and will not use this company again. Very sad that a foreman can use high pressure tactics to demand money within minutes of starting a roofing job even when they know that they are being paid directly through a grant program that they signed up for and participate with.
