My local specialty hardware store with some of the best associates in the Tampa Bay area. Very knowledgeable, attentive and pleasant to interact with. This store has been a great help with my home improvement projects and the price is just as good or better than the major competitors.
Nice enough store and service but wasted a lot of time buying a shelf that turned out to be broken. Took it back to store to replace. but the 1 left in stock was also broken. Was willing to use the good pieces to make a working shelf & store said they needed to return both broken shelves to manufacturer. Left store and found one in a big box store for a few $ less.
in the tumoil of hurricane Milton's huge damage to Tampa Bay, this Ace Hardware store was determined to open and help customers get things they really needed with no power in its store at all. People were lining up while the guy asked what you wanted and then went into the dark aisles with a flashlight to get you what you wanted. They really helped out as much as they could to anyone and we are very gratful for all they did . Thank you !
Great customer service and they sold the 1 nut and washer I needed 💝 I will be shopping there again!
