I reached out to this title company simply to purchase a letter report on a property, and was met with unnecessary attitude just because I’m not a realtor. Buying property information shouldn’t require a license or insider status — any customer deserves respect and professionalism. If you’re looking for a title company that values your business and treats you decently, I would recommend going elsewhere.

Do not work with this company. They were supposed to get a final bill from MPU to take care of a loan for a main water line at the home I sold, but they didn't. Not sure how this is an oversight, as they are supposed to clear all liens on properties. They dropped the ball, and no way to rectify it but "it's your fault; you signed a waiver." I highly recommend that everyone use another title company, I will never use them again, and I will recommend all my family & friends to do the same thing.

Woman who did our closing was very dismissive. Felt like I was rushed out of there. I had questions and she was gave rushed generic answers—didn’t seem to care about answering my questions. I didn’t feel assured walking out of there. Short woman pelican nose if you’re ever in there. Will look into other titling companies in future.
