Bay Tile did exceedingly above and beyond what we were imagining. Walter came by at first to give a quote while taking his measurements. He brought samples of what would look nice for the fireplace. We did not feel rushed once given. He quoted a price to get the fireplace done for a reasonable price. We got all the parts needed for Walter and Oscar to start demo/installing the new fireplace that I had wanted it to look like. Once the parts, they started the following day. We had a great experience with Bay Tile! They retiled a bathroom on short notice in San Francisco, did a great job, and charged a reasonable price. Walter was very responsive in his communication, and Luis did great work laying and grouting the tile. We'd happily work with Bay Tile again in the future!
Bay Tile did a fabulous job on our bathroom! We had the shower tiled, recessed niche put in, and shower pan removed and replaced with tile. In addition, we replaced the bathtub surround. These guys are true craftsmen. They had so much attention to detail, and they're work is perfection! Around the tub we had some special layouts and cuts that needed to be made to fit an existing window and the tub--they did so much detailed work.
