We spent about 6 months working with Doug before the actual installation. During that time we made many revisions and Doug was always accessible and willing to quote new options and make any revisions we requested. The installers were very good at their jobs and took pride in their work. I temporarily removed a few insulation panels to see a wire or something and they always insisted on reinstalling them properly.
