The only real positives here are Leslie and Ray. They’re fantastic superintendents who go above and beyond. They respond quickly to maintenance issues and are always professional and kind. Unfortunately, the rest of the management "team" doesn’t match their level of care. Communication is poor, and concerns outside of basic repairs often get ignored or brushed off and certainly not nearly as friendly or accommodating as they claim to be.
