We lived here for over a year. First impression was that the building was well maintained and clean. After a while, we started noticing issues like the cigarette smoke smell still being very prominent in our apartment, despite the paint job before we moved in. Turns out that the apartment wasn't cleaned between tenants, and a coat of paint was all that was done to cover up the smell. I lived here about 4 years, hallways and building always smells like smoke, the smell/smoke leaks into my unit often (issued complaints staff said they couldnt smell anything (they are all smokers..)), construction noise all the time, air-conditioning/heating very poor/costly. Constant hot water issues. I had one of the older non renovated units not worth the price. Rent goes up every year with little to no building improvements.

The only real positives here are Leslie and Ray. They’re fantastic superintendents who go above and beyond. They respond quickly to maintenance issues and are always professional and kind. Unfortunately, the rest of the management "team" doesn’t match their level of care. Communication is poor, and concerns outside of basic repairs often get ignored or brushed off and certainly not nearly as friendly or accommodating as they claim to be. I had an opportunity to see outside of building 🏫 , very well kept .
