don't understand why no one answer the phone ever at this place, they want you to text an automated system and no matter how many times you text, call or email no one returns calls ever. Then they don't tell you everything at once like there is a $500 holding fee before you even know if you're going to get the apartment and you have to give it at the time of the online application which is another $52 otherwise you can't even submit the application at all.
