i called for a quick check, oil leak, so that my daughter can come back to Rouyn-Noranda safe. And the response was just "no". No discussion, no let see what i can do, noyhing. Worst service.

I was shocked that an oil change for my subaru wrx was $170 including tax. $17 a litre of bulk oil is ridiculous!
The worst Service that I have ever had. The service guys are the most unhelpful people that did not won’t to help at all with less then 20 seconds of help. Then the parts guy thinks that if you order a part it will be fine if it comes in 5 days from now. When Kingston will have it over night. All because I don’t service my car at there shop and why would anybody with a parts department that order once a week and get one delivery a week. What a joke.
