A great practice with kind providers that actually care. Northern Michigan is so very fortunate to have such a wonderful, caring, and professional orthopedic office.
I have heard from several people and now I have experienced for myself. They DO NOT answer their calls. I know an elderly woman who has needed an appt for over 1 month she has called and left messages to make an appt an NO ONE calls her back. The doctor that performed her hand surgery even sent information for her to get scheduled. I even tried calling for her to no avail. This is absolutely ridiculous!
