I have never had a problem with staff or Dr. They have always been very informative, honest and helpful.
While I agree with others regarding some of the staff (mainly the people at the front desk), I absolutely love Dr. Molina. She takes her time, is clear and thorough, and listens to me. She allows me to make decisions and weigh in on the course of action. She is also friendly and has a sense of humor. I have had a few procedures done by her in the outpatient dept. and she made me feel like I was in good hands. Great doctor.
No empathy Worst customer service Racist staff Can care less about your health and treat people poorly. Would never recommend them
My wife and I are expecting our first child and the staff was condescending, rude and unprofessional. We will be going to another Ob/Gyn.
