I’m happy to pay to see a Dr, and even more willing to pay a premium price when they’re good at their job. But Dr Khatibi is grumpy, non-apologetic for being late and does not seem to care about patients at all. Was not a nice experience
Really Happy With Their Service! Got the Microdermabrasion treatment and now my skin is glowing.
Dr. Khatibi has to be one of the best GPs I have ever been to. She takes her time, listens, makes you feel welcome and comfortable and above all she’s such a great person. Very compassionate and kind. Love her!
Had an appointment at 1:50 with dr khatibi and waited 50 minutes to be called at 2:43. I find this sort of conduct outrageous. The doctor was brash and didn’t apologise for calling late. Then I spoke to them for 4 minutes for a script. Then I’m charged $120. Change the culture of this sort of practice. I was really offended. The staff here have no manners.
Not a good experience at all. Dr khatibi was dismissive and ignored me whilst I was trying to talk and explain things regarding my baby’s health. She gave one piece of advice, did no other checks except made me put the baby on her consulting table and watched her roll in to the crack of the table without trying to help her, didn’t even touch her, didn’t ask anything further and didn’t even check her temperature until I pointed it out. $120 later I felt completely unheard and almost like a burden on that doctor.
