I wasn’t going to leave a review, however since they so kindly asked, the last few years of me owning my property in Rockdale and dealing with Bay Strata have been terrible, full of tears, feeling unheard, and feeling like we are always being taken advantage of due to our lack of knowledge, especially when we first bought our properties. If I could leave 0 stars I would, However unfortunately I have to leave at least 1 star. As an owner of a property having to deal with bay strata has been a horrible experience not to mention Alison and Pauline are the most ARROGANT, RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL people to deal with. They are rude from the time they pick the phone up and give you terrible attitude as in everything is all too hard. They simply just don’t want to help with anything.
