I’d like to commend Frank, Warren and the entire team at Bay Strata for the work they’ve done over the past year. From what I can see, our strata scheme is in a healthy financial position, with good reserves and sensible forward planning. It’s clear that a lot of work happens behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. Thank you Bay Strata team for your professionalism, support and ongoing work for the owners and the building. It is genuinely appreciated.
John Touma has been the worst strata agent we have ever dealt with. Stay clear. Very unprofessional and treat their clients with disdain. We are moving to remove him and have told all our friends to stay clear.
Hopeless strata agency. Stay clear. Dealing with John Touma has been the worst experience and we have dealt with lots of agents before who are much much better.
Terrible strata agency. In the process of removing them from my block and putting someone more competent and with integrity.
