If I could leave 0 stars I would, However unfortunately I have to leave at least 1 star. As an owner of a property having to deal with bay strata has been a horrible experience not to mention Alison and Pauline are the most ARROGANT, RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL people to deal with. They are rude from the time they pick the phone up and give you terrible attitude as in everything is all too hard. They simply just don’t want to help with anything.
