John Touma has been the worst strata agent we have ever dealt with. Stay clear. Very unprofessional and treat their clients with disdain. We are moving to remove him and have told all our friends to stay clear.

As an owner of a property having to deal with bay strata has been a horrible experience not to mention Alison and Pauline and Warren are the most ARROGANT, RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL people to deal with. Really happy with Bay Strata. They’ve been easy to deal with, quick to respond, and a big improvement from our last strata manager. Things actually get followed up and explained properly, which makes a huge difference. Would definitely recommend them.
