Under their "old ownership" they stood me up no less than 5 times with absolutely no explanation. Under their "new ownership" they cam to my house but claimed I hadn't for prior service so I had to dig out old receipts to prove then wrong. Then after having a new fireplace installed in my basement during a home remodel they stated that it was improperly installed and that my concrete basement was somehow going to burn my house down!
