I went to assist a friend who was picking a truck up from an inspection just before closing; the battery was found to be dead. Spoke with a gentleman from Baystate explaining that this problem has never occurred with this vehicle and we'd really appreciate a jump as it had died while at baystate truck and maybe a switch had gotten left on during the inspection process or something.
