Let me start but saying the guys working behind th counter are great for the most part. Their product is reasonably priced without added delays and they really aren't trying to screw anyone. So why the 2 stars? I literally picked up my truck with it new cap this afternoon. We are in the middle of a torentoal.storm.all.over ne England. Excellent customer service.
Had a hitch put onto my Kia Soul. They did a great job and it took less than an hour. Hitch is small and is barely noticeable, which I like. Great service, very helpful.
They worked hard today helping me fix my trailer wire hitch .and even shoeed me the extra space on my utility body I had no idea about , and I was ready to spend 2k on top boxes I didn't need ,now I can put the money to better accessory there for my truck.. Thank you..
