You came to refinish by bathroom and it doesn't last. It's chipped and ruined despite following all of your instructions. Your 5 year warranty is a joke and you don't stand by it. I've been reaching out to resolve this matter and you ignored me. Your business is dishonest!
I contacted Bay State end of November 2018. Marta was very helpful and set up an initial appointment for early December. At the end of March 2019 I still didn’t know what would the project cost and this was after $1250 for design fees. If your project is large enough you have priority but with a relatively small kitchen reno I was placed at the end of their work cue. The free quote is not free because they cant price the project without the designer who charges design fee.

Yuri and Marcio were meticulous with every step and did a great job from start to finish. Bay State was great at setting expectations with price, scheduling, and were a huge help to bounce ideas off of.
