Bay State built our lovely home several years ago, and we were impressed with the care and attention David and his team put into it. When an ice dam damaged several interior walls and a ceiling last winter, we reached out to Bay State for the repairs. They were efficient, professional, responsive, and the work quality was excellent. Our home is like new!

I’ve had the opportunity to see Bay State Builders’ work firsthand from a real estate perspective, and the quality is exceptional. Their kitchens are thoughtfully designed, beautifully finished, and executed with a level of craftsmanship that truly stands out. It’s clear they pay attention to every detail, and it shows in how well their projects present in the market. Homes featuring their work consistently feel elevated, move-in ready, and highly desirable to buyers.

Their team was incredibly professional, timely, and truly experts in their craft. Every phase of the project was handled with precision and care. Communication was always clear and consistent, which made a huge difference for us. We always knew what to expect and felt confident in the work being done. The two project managers, Marci... read more

The Bay State team did an excellent job on our recent renovation project -- not only was the work well done; they also are very careful to leave the workspace neat and tidy. Furthermore, Bay State is willing and able to solve any issues that come up. You can rest assured they will do their best -- which is top quality!
