I contracted with ****** **** (DBA Bay State Property Services) to remodel two bathrooms, replace the roof, install mini-split AC units, and a few other minor projects. Approximately half-way through the project, ************ stopped returning phone calls and text messages. I sent a demand letter (93A) that was ignored. To date I am still owed approximately $7,500.I would strongly recommend that nobody do business with this contractor.
