Baystate Physical Therapy was recommended by a friend when I had already scheduled with another PT place. I decided to try it out, and I have been very happy with my choice. I have been progressing quickly, and any concerns or questions have been answered for me right away. I have been VERY happy with Baystate Physical Therapy!!

Troy at BSPT helped me recover from a torn calf with a treatment plan that was genuinely well thought out — not generic exercises, but a program built specifically to get me back to my sport. After about 3 months, I was back playing again, stronger and more confident than before. Highly recommend Troy and the BSPT team if you want a real plan for your recovery.
I had never been to physical therapy before, so I honestly didn't know what to expect. I went in because I wasn't able to squat properly and had discomfort in my ankle. During my evaluation, they figured out that I had limited ankle dorsiflexion along with tight glutes and hamstrings.
