I went here a couple of years ago and was quite impressed with Ken and his team. They really work hard to get you (me) to work hard at getting better. This is my place for physical therapy when the need calls for it.
I have been going to physical therapy off and on for almost 34 years. This is the best and most thorough experience I have ever had. I noticed a great improvement by the second session. The best thing I like is the overall mind-body connection that is incorporated into the workouts. Tamara is very encouraging and supportive without being a drill sergeant.
