Physical therapy has been a blessing for my daughter over the last two years, and I truly appreciate everything this team has done for her. From day one, they treated us like family. Had an overall great experience with baystate physical therapy, I spent a lot of time with Joey and Maura on my back issues and this was the first time I've seen a physical therapist that decided to focus on my postural issues and offer unique and different exercises that I haven't done before. Wow, my back isn't 100% better. It's at least 75% better and I now have better ways of managing my pain. Very friendly environment!
I had an amazing experience with Maura , she is very patient with my mom issues.
