Everyone is so nice! They were all great with my 11year old - encouraging during procedures, answering his questions- just very lovely all around. All who work there are well informed, and have patience for all my questions too.

I love that when my son had concerns about getting braces, and wanted to see the research supporting that he needed them , they actually prepared for his visit and had it ready for him. And gave him other options as well !
I highly recommend Bay State Orthodontics. My family has had 3 kids evaluated there and they are kind, thorough, invested in the best outcome and easy to schedule with. They have a variety of therapies available depending on the issue being corrected. We have been going to their West Roxbury office which is close to our house, but they do have. 2nd location as well. We are very happy with their care.
