I rarely post negative reviews but the negligence of this office is dangerous. They leave the phone off the hook and click on/off to keep it ringing. They do not answer portal messages. They disregard serious health conditions. Mary herself was very short and cold with me, questioned my mental health issues and medications and didn't offer any guidance for my questions. Very disappointed in her care. I will be switching practices. Her response to my sudden dizziness /loss of vision due to a head injury was, "what do you want me to do about it"

Incorrectly denied me a routine physical day-of because of Insurance even though I had coverage confirmed prior. She didn’t even take the time to say hello or talk to me, just sent her (very nice) MA to do her bidding. I have to make a new appt elsewhere to get a physical and vaccines because I’m never driving to see her again. Dismissive, rude, and showed a lack of care in my previous appointments as well

Doesn't really listen to what you have to say..doesn't seem to care about you enough to discuss what's wrong with you..
