I have been coming to this office for about 10 years. I understand that COVID has taken a toll on everyone, but the service and care is almost non existent now. I feel like no one listens to me and I am just pushed off to OTC meds or 6 month check up

Avoid at all costs. Some of the most incompetent individuals I’ve ever encounter. Administered my flu shot incorrectly, gave me bursitis and forced me to have to go to months of physical therapy, and after admitting they were at fault quickly went back on that when I asked for compensation towards my co-pays. I have been being seen by Dr. Chou and have found her to be intelligent, compassionate, and willing to take the time to answer my questions. And her receptionist is very friendly and works hard to schedule tests as expediently as possible, and also tries to accommodate my schedule. All and all I think I am getting top notch care by kind and competent people. I highly recommend this practice.
