Bay State billed me $200 for a CPAP mask that is as low as $79 online. They also billed me another $40 separately for headgear that was included with the CPAP mask. Needless to say I'll be having a discussion with my insurance.
When they are good, they follow through on your order. Sometimes the order doesn’t make it through the process to completion. It is advised to follow up, if you don’t get your supplies in a reasonable time.
Just wanted to drop a note of gratitude for the kind experience I had with Gem (customer service rep), Billy Jo, & Scott. My Mom has been on oxygen for over a month and when I went to start her on a new tank this morning, the oxygen key broke. The absolute worst timing considering she was due to be driven back home to Florida within the hour. My sister is an RN and she suggested I contact BSM. I call and spoke to Gem.
