Veterans: Stay Away from this horrible company! Non-stop emails and phone calls, even calling the day after you say you need nothing. If you don’t order, they just keep calling. They want that TriCare money, but after you retire the bill they send you for the ‘deductible’ is more than it cost to buy parts at CVS or Amazon.
Bay State billed me $200 for a CPAP mask that is as low as $79 online. They also billed me another $40 separately for headgear that was included with the CPAP mask. Needless to say I'll be having a discussion with my insurance.
When they are good, they follow through on your order. Sometimes the order doesn’t make it through the process to completion. It is advised to follow up, if you don’t get your supplies in a reasonable time.
