I would have gave zero stars. My son was visiting family and at the time he had an emergency and was sent to baystate emergency department. We reside out of town , the crisis nurse told me as soon as I arrive in the lobby let them know and they should go and find her for me because we were trying to see about my son being discharged. He was there for two nights and 3 days in the ER.
