BAY STATE GENERATOR was paid an annual maintenance fee, the company was sold and for three months I have asked for a refund or maintenance.I no longer want to work with this company, I have made calls for months, no service.Recently I asked for a refund so I could go with a new company, they told me they would overnight me a refund check, NO CHECK WAS RECEIVED.SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THE MANAGEMENT, THEY WON'T SCHEDULE A MAINTENANCE APPOINTMENT OR SEND THE REFUND.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, A SCAM.

**** the owner is rude, arrogant and does not care about his customers. I paid his company $1200 to service my generators the day before a major storm and upon completion one of them didnt work anymore. After many attempts to get back in touch with this company I finally got a call back from ****. He told me that he had no techs available which was a lie which I have proof of and if I needed help to call 911. BayState has been very helpful. They installed our 20W generator a few years ago and have maintained it ever since. During the recent windstorm, I accidently overfilled the oil tank (bad homeowner!) and effectively disabled the generator and lost power to my house. I messaged BayState and they came within a few hours (during one of the biggest power outages in years!) and repaired the generator right away saving our freezer full of meat. I am so grateful to them for going the extra mile (literally) to take care of us.

BayState has maintained our home generator for almost nine years. Over that time we have been very satisfied with their service. We recently upgraded to a new unit and the technicians did a great job. They left the site clean, and took the time to thoroughly explain the new unit and its maintenance. Based on my experience with BayState Generator I can highly recommend the company.

I had been a long-time customer but can no longer recommend this company. They came out to diagnose a problem, took a part from the generator, and told me the part would be ordered and I would get a call when the part came in. Six weeks later, I called to find out what was going on. I got an e-mail that said the part had not been ordered because it needed to be paid for in advance. Great customer service! We have used ******************* for years and each time the service technician was extremely friendly and took the time to explain everything to us. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a friendly and honest experience.

I would not recommend this company. They came out several times and could not diagnose the problem with the generator. Their technicians are not capable of dealing with complex issues and are not properly equipped with calibrated gauges etc. They were quick to blame ***************, which turned out to be incorrect. Do yourself a favor and do not hire this company.
