Very professional, I didn't have them end up doing the work because of the time frame but they got me an appt just on case And we're very pleasant and polite
I brought my car in to get a leaking power steering system fixed. They found the problem quickly, and claimed it would take a couple days to get in a replacement hose. Great. They finally call me back two weeks later, saying they ordered a bunch of different lines, none of them fit, and that they give up, come pick up your car. I can't go back to work without it, so I had to waste more of my time to find another garage. Edit: Just got my car back from the other garage. It took them about 24 hours to finish the job.
