I worked with Ruben and his team to de-lead our new house. Ruben was responsive and provided me a detailed estimate within 48 hours of sending him my lead report. The house needed slightly more work than described and they did the additional work for no extra charge. His team started on time and finished ahead of schedule, and they provided the lowest quote I received.
