I worked with Ruben and his team to de-lead our new house. Ruben was responsive and provided me a detailed estimate within 48 hours of sending him my lead report. The house needed slightly more work than described and they did the additional work for no extra charge. His team started on time and finished ahead of schedule, and they provided the lowest quote I received. Bay state DELEAD MY 2 apartment one apartment had more lead than the other apartment which was my apartment. both apartments had to vacate for three days while the procedure was done. They made sure tat both units were protected properly and the units were spotless after the delead was complete and i received a COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATE FOR BOTH UNITS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BAY STATE ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES
I needed deleading work done and a dozen windows replaced in my house, and these guys gave me the lowest estimate - the project manager was very professional, and the window/deleading work was all done well. The owner, Omar, is wonderful to work with, prompt and professional from start to finish. His crewman were very respectful and hardworking. I noticed how happy they seemed, which to me is a sign that the owner has integrity and runs his business well.
