I hired Bay State Construction to renovate my 3 unit multi-family. The guys did a spectacular job and they work faaast! They did a gut rehab on all my units and poured new concrete for my basement floor. We started this project late May and was able to compete everything by August just in time for a September move-in. My current tenants love the work and finish. I highly recommend them!
