Apparently the owner or workers are getting credit card numbers from the dark web to boost sales by doing small insignificant charges so you don't notice it. I saw an 11¢ charge appear on my credit card from this business along with a charge for a food order that got declined 4 times. Have fun being arrested and put into prison when they catch you. They always catch you.
