The facilities are nice. But beware if you book a service. 3 out of 4 of our therapists demanded their 20% tip before we could get dressed and would not leave our sides. Very poor behavior. Will not be returning.
So I just checked in here wanted to get some food at the food court and then the lady in front is so mean she got some attitude problem, staring at me head to toe being very unfriendly. They need to change her to someone else or they need to give her some instructions on how to treat customers with a friendly mind so disrespectful OMG
Everything was nice and clean. The building is big so even though the parking lot was nearly full, I never felt like any areas were crowded. I didn’t get any services, just spent a few hours using the facilities. For the price I would highly recommend!
I had a great massage with Mimi, and enjoyed all the options in the spa. The bibimbap was also very good. The only negative was due to the 8 or so loud women who came in as a group and ignored the spa etiquette of no PDA and quiet. If management would remind groups of the etiquette, that might keep things nicer for all.
