I had a sleep study with Bay Sleep Clinic back in May and my experience was great. The admin team and their Sleep Tech are top-tier. They were super helpful and made the whole Process easy and straightforward. The Facility was really clean. I was in a very spacious room with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I also like the fact that I had a few choices to choose from of where to go grab breakfast before heading home. My uncle and I had a study there on the same night, and both had a very good experience. I would recommend this place without any hesitation.
I second the dishonest billing. I was referred here by Kaiser with the promise I would only pay my Kaiser co-pay and deductible. Instead I was told I had to sign their payment agreement which was inconsistent with the agreement I/they have with Kaiser. I refused to sign and left the facility but they had already taken and charged my credit card a $75 copay. Had a sleep study with baysleep clinic and was pleasantly surprised how comfortable my over night study was i had my own big room and big bed which was so comfortable. it was made to feel like home. The staff was so friendly and attentive which made the whole process smooth and less intimidating.
I had a study on 6/6/25, and had a great experience. Questions were answered to my satisfaction, and personnel were polite and professional.
