We hired Zack Scarborough with Bay Side Pools over a year ago, and it has been a nightmare ever since. He took our money and never did the work. For months, he strung us along with excuse after excuse—always promising he'd get to us soon, but never following through. Eventually, he said he'd refund our money, but that turned out to be another lie. We gave him every opportunity to make things right, but he chose to deceive us instead.
