Went in to get 2 prescriptions filled, one the pharmacist said she thought it was the wrong one ordered by my doctor. She said it was very expensive and not ordered by most doctors. The called and help me get a much more affordable prescription and were very pleasant to deal with all of the staff at Home Town Pharmacy.
The transition from Hometown Pharmacy's acquisition of Munson properties has left a bad taste, like bitter medicine. From a customer perspective, it felt like the acquisition and transition was rushed and handled poorly. Staff had one day expressed being surprised by the news that their company had made such a big acquisition, and then within a month were surprised that their location would be consolidated with another.
