Ms Brooks, the office manager has been very dishonest during the whole process. She provided a service quote which I accepted on multiple occasions; however she has refused to honor the quote. She went so far as to submit a deceptive response to the New York BBB after I filed a complaint about her practices. I would not recommend this company.
