Amazing services with lightning speed response. They were able to find and capture dead lizard in the hvac duct which was shocking. They also taped my old duct, which was nice and kind. I would happily recommend them. They are the pros and the best.
Friendly, timely, efficient!
Fast, friendly and efficient service. They were on time and worked fast to clear my clogged dryer vent. After calling 5 other companies and wasting so much of my own time, I had lowered expectations. They were in and out in about 40 minutes and also helped me reattach the vent to the dryer and added extra tape to hook it up correctly and securely (the previous company didn't even bother to reattach it). I appreciated the good service I received during my home's duct cleaning by Bay Services. They let me know when they would arrive during their originally given time window, were prompt and efficient, wore booties in the house to keep things clean, swapped out my air return filters for me, and seemed very fair for pricing, cleaning all my home's ducts (a few more ducts than 10) for the cost they quoted for the first 10.
