Clean, well lit, access points well maintained.
The general experience wasn't bad. The people were friendly. The unacceptable part of the experience was the move out. I paid my last rent in full of 299. I moved out 4 days later. I returned my gate card as required. I received only 89 dollars as a refund. I consider that quite a gouge. For that I give a one star rating.
