Dr Smith is a caring doctor and he takes the time to communicate clearly so you can better care for your pets. Excellent place!
Not an avian vet. The doctor “sees birds.” This is different from both 1) an avian vet (which is a specialist) and 2) a non avian specialist who has extensive experience with and knowledge in birds. Places like these can harm your bird because they don’t actually care the way the other two types of bird-friendly vets care. I just lost my budgie and it made me remember the time that the doctor at this clinic who “sees birds” failed to notice signs that indicated a need to diagnose. Thanks, were very accommodating for short notice and it was hard to find someone who could look at a chicken.
The Honore & 17th location is the perfect example of how good doctors are misrepresented by bad frontline employees. One of my dogs’ meds was partially filled but I was charged for the entire prescription. I never received a call to let me know med was restocked. When I called 2 weeks later, the receptionist - Heidi, treated me like I was trying to steal a few pills😂. If it weren’t so absurd, I would’ve been offended.
